Tickets worked, quick booking

Needed SNCF tickets fast. Found them here. Booking was quick. Got the email with my tickets. Everything worked when I got to the station. Site loaded a bit slow, but it got the job done.

Quick ticket purchase

I bought an Interrail Pass from Save A Train. The process was fast. Found what I needed quickly. Payment was simple. Tickets arrived in my email promptly. No issues, but the site could use a clearer FAQ for pass activation.

Good price, minor snag

I was looking for the best deal on my Trenitalia tickets for a trip to Rome and found Save A Train. The prices were definitely competitive, especially with the early bird booking option. I saved a good chunk of change compared to what I saw on other sites. The booking process was straightforward. My only tiny complaint is that the site felt a little clunky on my phone, but it worked out.

Good prices, decent experience

I booked a few TGV tickets for a trip in France through Save A Train last month. The prices were quite competitive, especially for the routes I needed, which was the main draw. The website itself was straightforward enough to navigate, and finding the specific train times was easy. I appreciated the ability to compare different fares quickly. My only minor complaint was that the confirmation email took a little longer to arrive than I expected, about an hour after purchase. Everything worked out fine, and I got my tickets, but it made me check my spam folder a couple of times. Customer service wasn't needed, thankfully, so I can't speak to that. Overall, a solid choice for European train travel if you're looking for value.

Smooth booking and delivery

I booked Eurostar tickets through Save A Train for a trip from London to Paris. The ordering process was clear; I found the exact times I needed without any hassle. Payment went through fine and I got my confirmation email almost instantly. The tickets themselves were mobile tickets, which downloaded easily to my phone. No need to print anything, which was convenient. Customer support wasn't needed, but the FAQs on their site seemed pretty thorough. The prices were good and the whole experience was pretty much what I expected. The only small thing was the seat selection felt a bit limited compared to booking direct, but not a deal breaker.

Easy peasy train booking

Used Save A Train to get some Renfe tickets for a Spanish vacation, and it was pretty smooth! I just needed a couple of tickets from Madrid to Seville, and their site showed me all the options clearly. Paid with my card, no fuss. The mobile tickets came through fast, which was great, I just pulled them up on my phone at the station. Only thing, the seat selection wasn't super clear if I was actually picking the exact seat or just a preference, but it worked out anyway.

Reliable for train travel

This is my third time using Save A Train, mostly for Renfe tickets in Spain. I keep coming back because their prices are consistently good, and the process is always reliable. This time I got tickets for a high-speed rail route, and just like before, the e-tickets arrived promptly. It's nice not to worry about changes or delays with my booking. They're usually pretty on top of things. I noticed this time the search results took an extra second or two to load, but that's a minor point for overall consistency.

Good value, some delays

I bought an Interrail Pass from Save A Train for my backpacking trip. The price was competitive, and I liked the clear breakdown of what was included. The booking itself was fine, but delivery of the physical pass took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach Austin. It made me a little anxious about getting it before my flight. Their customer service did reply to my email inquiry about the shipping status, which was helpful. Overall, a good experience for the savings, but a little more clarity on shipping estimates would be great.
